Pillars: Portraits of 50 staff from all facets of the State Hospital in Melk, Lower Austria. Standing on each others shoulders they work together to symbolise the pillars of society supporting the roof of the building. During Covid, this process helped temporarily distract the staff from the stress of the pandemic and also served as a form of team building. <br><br> Conceived as a temporary installation it is still on display and relevant years later. <br><br> Produced in cooperation with MERKwürdig and the contemporary historical Centre Melk.
